Since success is a journey and not a destination, our classes are structured to help you make the most of every step. Each class employs a general formula that is then fine tuned to each individual participant. So someone doing a class for the first time will experience the same intensity, relative to their capabilities, as someone with more experience.
Using this approach, a general formula adjusted and tuned to the individual, we program the curriculum to incorporate the relevant physical and mental components needed to execute the scope of each class. This develops your capabilities along a broad but complementary range with each class covering a different “kind of strong.”
It’s Hard to Get Bored
While the general formula remains consistent, what is covered changes every single day. Our classes involve combinations of lifting weights, calisthenics, cardio, plyometrics, timing intervals and so much more. This allows for endless possibilities to keep you engaged and motivated. With this approach in mind, no two classes are ever the same.
Sure we use weights, rowers, skip ropes, sleds and other elements you’d expect. But we also use tractor tires, sledge hammers, wooden logs and even imitation assault rifles to teach a broad range of fitness skills. Everything from proper form and breathing techniques to problem solving and teamwork drills.
