Special Ops Training
Special Ops training originally began as an opportunity for our community to workout with Flavio himself, but turned into its own specialty class that is free for all members. For those who enjoy the thrill of a challenge, special ops takes workouts designed by coaches with a background in the special forces, specifically the Navy SEAL’s and Army Special Forces. This is the only class that Flavio engages as a participant as well as a guide. Unlike our other fitness classes, special ops typically lasts 90 minutes – 2 hours with the participants not knowing in advance how long it will take to complete. The workouts covered are tough and reflect the type of shape an active duty special operator should be in. While open to all fitness levels, the expectation is that all who participate are ready and willing to give 100%. Contact us now for a FREE consultation.
