Our Founder’s Story

Founder Flavio Gracile has been active all of his life playing soccer and running cross country at a young age. Later he become interested in body building and in a short period learned how to surpass his peers through dedication to high standards.

This is the only one of our classes not suitable for beginners. Although open to everyone, the curriculum covers workouts that reflect the fitness needs of Law Enforcement, Firefighter and Military athletes.
