About Us

Our founder’s story

Flavio has been active all of his life playing soccer and running cross country at a young age. Later he become interested in body building and in a short period learned how to surpass his peers through dedication to high standards. Since that time, training has been a way of life for him and he has branched off to discover other elements of fitness, including calisthenics, stretching, yoga, running and crossfit.

Functional Fitness

Functional fitness is by its nature highly dynamic. That’s why this class focuses on the body’s general capabilities, and pays little attention to isolation. We use high intensity cardio elements in combination with skeletal muscles to develop the body’s overall ability to perform.

Tactical Fitness

This is the only one of our classes not suitable for beginners. Although open to everyone, the curriculum covers workouts that reflect the fitness needs of Law Enforcement, Firefighter and Military athletes.
