Obstacle Course Training Gym
One of our most noticeable elements is our custom, military style obstacle course. This class is very unique compared to our other classes because it focuses on one of the most fundamental aspects of fitness, movement. You will lift and move your body up, under, over and through the various obstacles, helping you to develop:
  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Balance
  • Agility
  • Confidence
  • Pull up strength (and muscle ups)
  • Explosive motions
  • Grip strength
  • Obstacle techniques
Each obstacle requires a particular technique in combination with adequate conditioning to properly negotiate. The obstacles taught are:
  • Monkey bars (long, conventional and incline)
  • 10 foot climbing wall
  • Agility based over/under
  • 20 foot free hanging rope
  • Inline rings
  • Parallel bars
  • Rope wall
  • Balance beams
  • 10 foot salmon ladder
